Wave Alley Belting

The “WAVE” alley belting is unlike other rubber flooring on the market for the following reasons.

Wave Alley pattern design Traction

The “WAVE” alley belting has a scaved or wave design ground into the surface.  This design gives a slight unevenness to the pattern allowing the hoof to catch traction in any direction the hoof comes in contact with the rubber.

Provides Traction Wet or Dry
Will Not Stretch with Skid Steers Will Not Stretch

The “WAVE” belting is reinforced with cable or fiber.  You can clean the “WAVE” belting with alley scrapers, skid steers or flush systems without worry of the belt stretching.

Will Not Stretch with Alley Scrapers
Will Not Separate at the Seams Will Not Separate at the Seams

When properly anchored with stainless steel anchors the “WAVE” belting will not separate at the seams.  Anchors placed every two to three feet apart at the seams will prevent any movement of the belt.  You can drive and turn on the “WAVE” alley belting with skid steers, bedding shooters and tractor/TMR units.

Will Not Separate at the Seams
Indoors or Outdoors, Will Not Change with the Seasons

Will Not Expand or Contract with the Seasons

“WAVE” alley belting stays put.  The temperature can be -20 degrees or 120 degrees and the “WAVE” alley belting will occupy exactly the same space. The “WAVE” alley belting does not expand or contract with the changing seasonal temperatures.

We have installed “WAVE” alley belting throughout the US.  For a list of “WAVE” alley belt users contact us at info@advancedcomforttechnology.com.
