Advanced Comfort Technology, Inc. warrants its Dual Chamber Cow Comfort Cushion to be free from defects in materials and workmanship as outlined in the chart below. This guarantee specifically includes edge seam leakage, ply separation, delamination and cover wear and cracking that would significantly reduce the useful life of the Dual Chamber Cow Comfort Cushion. Specific exclusions of the guarantee include Dual Chamber Cow Comfort Cushion damages attributed to abusive conditions including, but not limited to improper installation, negligence in maintenance and housekeeping. If defects in materials or workmanship arise, Advanced Comfort Technology, Inc. has the right and responsibility to repair the defects or replace the Dual Chamber Cow Comfort Cushion. Should the Dual Chamber Cow Comfort Cushion require repair or replacement, Advanced Comfort Technology, Inc. shall provide replacements or repairs on an adjusted basis for the in time in use beginning with the date of the original installation, not to exceed 120 days after purchase. The adjustment will be based on current Advanced Comfort Technology, Inc. prices for like product and shall be prorated for time used. This adjustment credit will be applied toward replacement Dual Chamber Cow Comfort Cushions from Advanced Comfort Technology, Inc..

This warranty applies only to the original buyers of the products. This warranty does not apply to used products or products that have been subjected to accident, neglect, alteration, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or improper maintenance. If Buyer believes that there is a breach of this express warranty, Advanced Comfort Technology, Inc. should be notified immediately in writing and provided with a copy of the dated original proof of purchase for the products. If Advanced Comfort Technology, Inc. is satisfied that the product's failure is due to defective material or workmanship, then it will furnish FOB shipping point, an equivalent item of its manufacture, for such defective material or workmanship, for such defective item. Advanced Comfort Technology, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable to supply or pay for labor to replace any defective product or part thereof, and shall not be liable for any loss of profit, direct, special, consequential or any other damages whatsoever, resulting from a breach of this warranty.
